SpotShare Portsmouth, PO2 first

Someone just left. Now you know.

A free app for terraced streets where everyone circles for a space after six. When a neighbour drives off, drivers nearby get a nudge.

A terraced street at dusk. Cars parked nose to tail, one gap glowing green, with an alert reading "Space free on Mills Road". Space free on Mills Road, now Join the PO2 beta Free, no ads. Android first, iPhone to follow.

How it works

  1. You drive offYour phone notices you have left your space. Nothing to tap.
  2. Neighbours searching nearby get a nudgeA pin shows where the space is and whether a permit is needed right now.
  3. Someone parksThey tap "Park here", the pin disappears, and you get a quiet "you helped a neighbour".

Everyone is on both sides. You share when you leave, you look when you come home.

What we don't do

  • Your home location never leaves your phone.
  • We never store where you have been. Only "a space freed up here".
  • Nobody can see who shared a space.
  • No ads, no points, no payments. Delete everything with one tap.

Why PO2

Terraced streets, no driveways, two or three cars a house. There are enough spaces overall, nobody knows when one comes free. That is an information gap, not a space shortage, and it is what the app fixes. If it works in North End it will work on any street like it.
